I was born in California and raised in Seattle.  I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta on my first visit in 1975 and returned frequently until I was able to move here full time in 1997.  Previous to moving here, I was a commercial fishing boat captain in Alaska; how is that for a change of careers!  When my colleagues complain about the stress of this job, I just have to smile, because the worst day in PV is way better than my best day in the Bering Sea.  I am the Broker of Boardwalk Realty, one of the leading and most respected agencies in Puerto Vallarta.  Besides helping my clients find their dream property in PV while serving and protecting their best interests, I also enjoy writing my weekly Real Estate column in the local English language newspaper, mentoring other Real Estate professionals and spending time with my family.  I am really proud of the professional bi-lingual, bi-cultural team we have put together at Puerto Vallarta Insider, and I look forward to helping you find your dream home in paradise.    There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple.
